Quick Decision

Our caseworker, Angela, called at 4:30 pm to tell us about a baby that was born last night! She needed to know within the next 20 minutes whether or not we would like to be considered for this baby. Thankfully, Calvin was running a little later than he had planned, so he was home to take the call. He called Michele at work immediately, and we both overwhemingly felt like we should say "yes" to the situation, even though we didn't have much time to mull it over. So, Calvin called Angela back to let her know our decision. Please keep this little baby in your prayers, while waiting for a family, and be praying for the birthmom at this time as well.
